When will my order ship?

We have a current processing time of 2-7 business days for items we carry in stock at the store.

For items we have printed like clothing or don't carry large stocks in stores, have a 1-2 week processing time. We place orders within 24 hours, after that it's in the manufactures hands for printing.

Sticker only shipping

To reduce the cost of shipping sticker ONLY orders they are shipped as first class mail in an envelop. Tracking with them is not always accurate on updating as a mail carrier has to physically scan the letter. Please allow for 2-7 days for shipping.

Lost Package?

If your package shows delivered there is nothing we can do as the shipper. You must speak to your local post master.

** Due to extensive amount of lost packages, we are no longer sending out replacement packages if a claim is not filed. USPS requires a 30 day no-movement period before a claim can be filed. Once a claim is filed we will issue a credit or replacement products at our discretion**

**Rainy Day Reads is not responsible for stolen packages and they will not be refunded or replaced. Please contact your local post office if this happens and coordinate with them on next steps. We recommend you file a help request form with the USPS. Once your package leaves us, it is out of our control and we can only go by the tracking details provided.**

When will my preorder ship?

Preorders will ship per the timeframe stated in the listing. If for any reason we are having a delay with a preorder, this will be shared via email.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your preorder has entered into the packing phase.

If you ordered multiple preorder items in one order your order will ship as a whole once the final preorder has arrived.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy: All sales are final. If you receive anything defective, in any way, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the items.

In the case we may be able to step outside of our policy and offer a return, we do require the original item to be sent back (cost is not covered by Rainy Day Reads). Once item has been received a refund can be issued.

Cancellation Policy: Orders are able to be canceled by contacting customer service within 12 hours of ordering. If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

Refunds for cancellations are typically available in 1-7 business days. However, this is based off your bank's policies. Once we issue the refund, it's in the bank's hands to process the refund fully.

Please note preorders of any kind are NON REFUNDABLE or able to be canceled.

What does "offically licensed" mean?

Officially Licensed, this means the item was made with permission and final art approval by the author and/or affiliated parties.

The art depicted on the products listed for sale is wholly original to Rainy Day Reads. The author has not collaborated with us in any way unless otherwise stated on the listing.
